I have found my new favorite protein fix! Did you know that you can add protein powder to your favorite Starbucks flavor?!?! It is delish! Pretty sure I will be replacing meals with these! I added mine to a grande skinny iced caramel macchiato & couldn't taste the protein at all ... & drank about 1/2! I plan on memorizing the 20 under 200cal chart here. Icing the hot drink and adding protein as meal replacements. Here is a quick ref. guide for drinks under 200 calories!
